These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through Wag Swag.
By using this website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before buying.

Our products
Wag Swag sells dog gifts, treats, toys and related pet products.
We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately. However, colours, packaging and product appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings, supplier changes or availability.
All products are intended for dogs and should be used responsibly. Please choose items that are suitable for your dog's size, age, chewing style, diet and any known allergies or sensitivities.
Treats should be fed as part of a balanced diet and fresh drinking water should always be available. Toys and chews should be used under supervision and removed if they become damaged, too small, sharp or unsafe.
If your dog has allergies, dietary restrictions, medical conditions or is on a special diet, please check the product ingredients carefully and speak to your vet if unsure.
Orders
When you place an order, you are responsible for checking that:
- the item details are correct
- the delivery address is accurate
- any personalisation details are spelled correctly
- the products are suitable for your dog
Once you complete the checkout and payment process, you are making an offer to buy the products in your order.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or refund an order if:
- an item is unavailable
- there has been a pricing or product listing error
- we are unable to deliver to the address provided
- we believe the order has been placed fraudulently or in breach of these Terms
If we need to cancel your order, we will contact you and issue a refund for any payment already made.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling.
The price you pay is the price shown at checkout at the time you place your order. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
Delivery costs, where applicable, will be shown before you complete checkout.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
Delivery
We currently deliver to UK customers only. We do not accept international orders.
Parcels are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 unless stated otherwise. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and tracking link.
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, but delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can happen due to postal disruption, weather, busy periods or circumstances outside our control.
Please make sure your delivery address is correct when ordering. We cannot be responsible for orders delayed, lost or returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Please check your order when it arrives.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@wagswag.uk with:
- your order number
- a clear description of the problem
- photos of the item and packaging where relevant
If the item is faulty, damaged in transit or not as described, we will offer a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, repair, refund or return postage where appropriate.
This does not affect your legal rights.
Returns and cancellations
If you change your mind about an online order, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, unless the item is excluded from return as set out below.
Once you have told us you wish to cancel, you then have another 14 days to return the item to us.
To start a return, please contact us at hello@wagswag.uk before sending anything back.
Returned items must be:
- unused
- unopened where applicable
- in their original packaging
- in a resaleable condition
- returned with any accessories, labels, inserts or packaging included
You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged in transit or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked service when returning items, as we cannot refund items that do not reach us.
Items that cannot be returned
Some items cannot be returned just because you have changed your mind. These include:
- personalised or custom-made items
- perishable items
- opened treats or food products
- sealed items that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once opened
- used toys, chews or products that have been handled beyond what is reasonable to inspect them
This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will check it and process any refund due.
Refunds will be made back to the original payment method.
Where a full order is cancelled and returned in line with these Terms, we will refund the item price and standard delivery cost where required. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, only the standard delivery amount will be refunded.
We may reduce the refund if the item has been used, damaged or handled more than necessary.
Product safety
You are responsible for supervising your dog with any toys, treats or chews purchased from Wag Swag.
No dog toy or chew is indestructible. Please inspect items regularly and remove them if they become damaged or unsafe.
Wag Swag is not responsible for injury, illness, choking, allergic reaction or damage caused by misuse, lack of supervision, unsuitable product choice or failure to follow product guidance.
If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for your dog, please contact us before ordering.
Website content
All content on this website, including images, text, graphics, logos, product descriptions and branding, belongs to Wag Swag or has been used with permission.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, edit or use our content without written permission.
User content
If you send us photos, reviews, comments or other content, you confirm that you own the rights to that content or have permission to share it.
You also give Wag Swag permission to use that content for marketing, website, social media or promotional purposes unless you tell us otherwise.
We will never knowingly use customer content in a misleading or inappropriate way.
Promotional emails
If you sign up to our mailing list or opt in during checkout, you agree to receive emails from Wag Swag, including news, offers, product updates and marketing messages.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by contacting us at hello@wagswag.uk.
Your privacy
How we collect, use and protect your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Please read it alongside this page.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Wag Swag is not responsible for:
- losses that were not foreseeable
- business losses
- loss of profit
- website downtime
- delays outside our control
- damage caused by misuse of our products
- issues caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer
These Terms do not affect your legal rights as a consumer.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
The latest version will always be available on this website. Please check this page before placing an order.
Your continued use of the website and placing of orders means you accept the Terms in place at that time.
Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales, unless your consumer rights allow otherwise.
